I've been thinking of reading some Defiant books but I'm not sure where to jump in - is there a particular title which ties the universe together or should I just pick a title and get stuck in?

Well folks after a week or so of extensive searching I've only been able to find one D2 Battlestone card on ebay...as part of a complete set.

I'm starting to think this may be rarer than fresh rocking horse poop!

The search will continue in earnest....

I bought a lot on eBay years ago with about 25 unopened boxes of cards. 19 of those unopened boxes were Deathmate. I started opening packs and I found three Magnus cards before I found one Battlestone. That was rough. Good luck with that one.

I only got back into reading and collecting comics earlier this year after giving up in my teens. My other half had been on at me to get a hobby that didn't involve going down the pub so I started reading The Walking Dead trades....and it's just spiralled from there. I'd been a fan of ...

As an aside, I posted this safe in the knowledge that Deathmate is largely seen as a load of old wank but I think bits of it are good (mostly the Valiant bits, and nothing drawn by Leifeld!!), but these are the last two cards I need for more collection......I gotta have 'em!
