"You're choking under dozens of pounds of Valiant..."

Over at BoardGameGeek.com, W. Eric Martin wrote up a game preview of "Marvel Dice Masters: Avengers vs. X-Men" . The author used to run a comic book store and was commenting about why this new game is experiencing shortages, using an analogy to the comic book industry decades ago. I found it ...

Re: VALIANT December 2013 and End of Year Sales Discussion

On the Sony/Spider-man topic, Sony actually has less to gain financially with the franchise now, as in 2011 they gave up all merchandising rights back to Disney (in exchange for the Mouse giving Sony back their percentage of participation). When you do the math, the product side is far more ...

Re: About the luge sponsorship...

Due to strict restrictions, as well as the style code of all country athletes, uniforms in the Olympics have to be different from what may have been used outside of Olympic competition.

About the luge sponsorship...

[Olympics Spoiler]

Valiant will have something to brag about, as Erin Hamlin just became the first American to win a singles luge medal at the Winter Olympics. She won a bronze.

Comment from Dysart in the Valiant Comics Fan Facebook Group , responding to comments about VEI using more "gimmicky" things like this arc involving a death:

If you count Vol 1, Vol 2, and various minis, The Lone Ranger actually had a longer run than that at Dynamite.
