I really enjoyed that, thanks for linking. I hope whoever works with the character in the future can hew to Josh's brilliant inception.

Re: Would you like a Far Faraway ongoing title?
It's fertile ground, for sure, and I'd love to see more of it. But these days 'ongoing' seems to be anything that has more than eight issues. Nothing is really ongoing these days.

Re: Psi-Lords #1 Discussion
Just read it. It's really kind of a point blank opening lacking any nuance. "And here's Strong Guy and LaserFace!" But in Fred's defense, maybe he just wants to get the ball rolling quickly so we can move onto a meatier story. Some of the dialogue is cheesy... "Wait'll they get a load...

Late to this party, sorry. I thought it was a good sendoff and overall I'm very happy with Kindt's run on the book.
As for Schon's ring being in the hands of the bounty hunters, I think it's a good setup for some future action.

Re: I started my first Armor Hunters read last night
And Helix survived as I recall. Helix popped back up at the end of the Unity series. If I'm not mistaken, in one of the 4001 crossovers as well? Jeez, your memory is better than mine. Last I recall, she was disincorporating and disappearing into a telephone line(?). And remember: You never saw Reeb...

I have to admit, I watched I Am Mother and a Magnus analogy didn't jump to mind. But I see what you're saying.
I found the ending ambiguous and a little muddled. Meh.

Re: Story of Harada - Coupons from Harbinger
Does anyone have a scan of the coupons from the original Harbinger set? I would like to read the "Story of Harada," but I only have coupons 3 and 4. I'm not willing to spend the money to buy the other issues just for the coupons. Thanks! Wait, there's a simple story on the coupons themsel...

Frankly, I'm shocked it fetched $2500. $9k is just preposterous.

Re: Bloodshot News - Dinesh & Vin Diesel interview
It still bothers me a bit that time dilation was only a factor in Aric's initial travels in space. I'm gonna pretend that Shanhara learned some cosmic wizardry when they merged with The Torment. It doesn't explain what might have come before but good enough. Prior cosmic travels would have happened...

And they're just fun to read. The title gets weird in the late Acclaim era, so they're another dose of the Vintage Magnus from earlier on.

Just for the record, I was kidding. But I like the idea that perhaps Cronus could be brought back. He has the power to heal others, why not himself?jmatt wrote:OMG! Maybe they're bringing Pete back from where ever the &*^% he's been for the last two years!

Re: My fan-made LADOTH cover art
I think that Dysart sequence (Imperium) where Sunlight-On-Snow explains how he chose his name is one of the best things I've read in comics.
