Sorry I'm a little dense, but if you are asking about Tex, it's a character in Grant Morrison's "The Filth".

Since it doesn't include all the variants and specials, not sure it's a good deal for $500. Plus $99 shipping. I'd rather have it be a project for me to go out and find all the books in dollar bins at conventions or local comic shops.
