Re: Joshua Dysart's last story of Harada is getting released
Early 2019... :censored: I love Valiant but, nothing ever comes out of their events, meaning... No LiveWire solo.... No Harbinger ongoing... No Secret Weapons ongoing... And, if these books are in the works, for the fall of 2018, why not press release those books... :? Psi-Lords.... 20?? facepalm O...

Re: The Sovereigns Unites Gold Key Heroes (again) at Dynamit
Just got a tweet from Dynamite about the TPB in my twitter feed. I know people have had some theories about Dynamite copying the look of the Valiant books with their Gold Key character comics in order to perhaps "influence" people... Does this look familiar to you guys? https://twitter.com...

Re: Harbinger Renegade #6 Discussion
I'm sure they're completely separate, but what was the Eternal Warrior villain's name in that one-shot? Alpha-something, right? It just confused me when I saw another character named Alpha. EDIT: the book was Eternal Warrior Awakening #1 and the villain was Alpha Hyamm. Also sits on a skull throne. ...

Re: Secret Weapons #3 Discussion
It's an excellent book, the art is exquisite and the writing and characterization so far have been great. Disappointed to hear it's not an on-going series, I think so far this team has been quite interesting to read about disconnected from the greater Valiant universe, but I suppose it was only a ma...

Re: War Mother #1 Discussion
There's a real-life auto-aiming rifle that will only fire when the reticle is in the correct position on the target, so Flaco probably works similarly in "auto-aim" mode. The barrel could be wobbling all over the place but as long as it lines up with the Urbanites at any point in moving ar...

Re: Bloodshot Salvation #1 Body Count Contest... for "Gold"
Am I overcounting?
I looked through Bloodshot 1-13 and the zero issue (which was tough because I didn't count the kills by the older Bloodshots, nor the kills by Bloodshot before he is transformed...) and I'm at 79 already.

Re: Divinity III: Komandar Bloodshot #1 question
I stopped using DCBS several months ago, but I didn't really have much to complain about with their service, I just found something I liked better for me. That being said, one thing they did that I didn't like is they started to take one-shots out of the 50% off Valiant bundle. It didn't even seem ...

Divinity III: Komandar Bloodshot #1 question
I've unfortunately been letting certain series build up a bit and Divinity III was one of them. I decided to go ahead and read it now. I order the Valiant bundle through DCBS and, after rummaging through my box and being unable to find this issue, found that they never did send it to me when I looke...

So my PDF didn't have Sandria in it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk You sure? They show her from behind carrying off a briefcase (presumably with Nicodemo's remains in it) and also in the reflection on a guy's biohazard mask, on I think the third to last page. What's up with the panel where his...

Re: Britannia #4 Discussion
Just now catching up on the series, so actually a question about Britannia #3: Did anyone notice the dinosaur skulls on the wall in Eryn's hut? It would seem there is at least some connection to the Faraway there. As others have said, I took Darkside to equal the Deadside. Orkus seems like the kind...

Re: Likelihood of Wrath getting a deluxe version?
All of my issues of Wrath of the Eternal Warrior are on comixology as I only started reading it halfway through the run, so the plan is to buy the trades to add to my rapidly-increasing Valiant book collection :) 14 issues would make a lovely sized Deluxe edition... I've been searching online &...

Re: Eternal Warrior series schizophrenia
I didn't see it so much as that arc wasn't resolved as it was truncated and resolved quickly/prematurely in order to move onto a different arc, to more quickly churn out the TPB (which was also shortened to 4 issues instead of 6, making it slightly more profitable). Maybe I'm too cynical, being a lo...

I don't think they'll ever do a deluxe for the first Eternal Warrior, I think they want people to forget it existed, plus it was only 8 issues.

Re: Homage covers (from other publisher to Valiant comics) ?
I know a while ago we were all laughing about the cover for Dynamite's new Turok: Dinosaur Hunter looking just like one of the Valiant covers from the old series.
EDIT: Hahaha, how long has it automatically put "sucks" if you put Dynamit e?

Picked up 5 deluxe hardcovers and some of the trades of the miniseries (Divinity, The Valiant, Eternal Warrior: Days of Steel, etc.). Just had to make five separate orders and try to combine them to get over 25 dollars to get free shipping, haha.

Re: Not a single Harvey Award for Valiant
I would just like to say that as far as voting on that r/comicbooks poll, I may have voted on it, but it had nothing to do with some kind of conspiracy hatched on these forums which I honestly have not visited particularly much in the past year. I utilize reddit quite a bit, and if I happen to see a...

He may have answered it before, but he answered it again, in any case: Hello Mr. Dysart! I'm not sure if you can clarify this as it may also play into a book Mr. Van Lente is working on (Generation Zero), but it was stated in Harbinger that there were three Psiots born activated. At this juncture we...

I wonder if he wanted to kill off Peter and they wouldn't let him? It's too bad they didn't let him bring the character in for landing, as a reader I would've been on board for whatever he had planned!

Re: In your opinion, most important character(s) in Valiant?
Regarding Faith, I was at a local convention yesterday and for some reason when Valiant came up the one that people were talking about the most is Faith. Now I'll admit that only like three people at the convention were even talking about Valiant but anyway... :P Probably due to my Bloodshot shirt, ...
