i dont know if anyone else noticed this, but does this new shadowman look... white?
i mean his hair is spiked and the facial features seem like a white guy....

Intresting i'm not the only one who has encountered this.
Hopfully what this really means is, valiant could have sold even more comics had smaller shops been more open to it.
the demand seems to be there givin the amazing numbers so far.
I am expecting the number of orders to grow by a large margin ...

I was just at my local comic shop, i have been noticing very few new Valiant comics. I asked why this was, and the owner said that they liked Valiant, but they were basing their order numbers on how Jim Shooters/ Darkhorse Goldkey stuff did. Which was very poorly.
So it looks like massive flop that ...

I hope it`s Shadow Man too, but im almost sure it isn`t. and i really don`t mind either. they seem to be doing this right so far. X-O and Harbinger are great. can`t wait to see what they have in mind for Ninjack

I guess the only thing that seemed weird to me was that the advanced aliens kept people in rusty metal cages.... that a little out of place to anyone else?

I wonder if any of the first line comics will feature back-ups to feature/intro characters, similar to what they are doing with SHAZAM/Captain Marvel in the new JLA books. Could be intresting for some of the characters. I'm sure there will be plenty of cameos atleast.

It would make a lot of sense to have shadowman come out next. It was one of the most popular properties that had, mainly due to the video games. Ièm sure hoping it is anyway. i loved shadow man. the southern voodoo vibe was great, sort of in the vein of "serpent and the rainbow". can't wait for some ...

I actually think Dave batista is a visual match for bloodshot. but he doesnt hah the acting chops.
I for one can't wait for the blood shot comic to come out.
either way this is gong to increase the value of our old collections by a ton

yeah i have ton. but its all vhs-c it's like backyard wrestling but ufc
with gloves and stuff. i'm actualy fighting today.

i just got some new harbinger ufc style fight gloves(i bought them because of the name) their pretty good. i do a lot of underground/backyard fighting, like fightclub just without the cult thing. i'm going to make an iron on bird patch to put on the wrist

People only buy trades for comic titles that already well known.
its mainly due to the value aspect of a trade. you get more.
In the future we will most likely see more 200 to 300 page(or more) one off's that tell an entire story.Which would be much more appealing to the every day consumer. And if ...

the solar alpha and omega trade. its not really rare or anything so everyone can get it. and you just wouldent have a valiant collection without it.
one of the best stories( if not the) for valiant, and some of barry winsor smith's best art for valiant.

i find it hard to belive that one one valiant pog was ever made given the years valiant and pogs were in there prime.
